Counseled 250+ companies interested in the federal SBIR and STTR programs, DOE’s Inventions & Innovation Program, the Montana Growth through Ag Program, the Montana Board of Research & Commercialization Technology, and other funding sources;

Guided the development of 100+ proposals targeting SBIR/STTR agencies and other federal and state funding resources, in every case providing substantial input in the form of specific comments and recommendations for improvements, substantial re-writes of sections, and procedural instructions;

Presented SBIR, STTR, and combination workshops;

Participated in the deliberations of the Montana State Technology Partnership Committee, a group of individuals representing the key business and technology assistance programs throughout the State of Montana.

Supported the Montana Technology Innovation Partnership (MTIP) Program with significant contributions to developing its 2007 Web site portal for technology firms, researchers, and economic developers, completing its 2006 benchmarking study, winning its 2005 Congressional earmark funding, and other special projects.
